Around the house

I love finding places to stick fresh little babies around the house during newborn sessions. Sometimes I get weird looks from the parents; other times I get the “lightbulb moment” look from them. We shared a lightbulb moment with this picture. Mom got this shot. I love it! It shows how small he is in relation to the portrait over the couch – which of course is a portrait of mom and dad – looking off into the future, dreaming of all it entails. Now resting below them on the couch cushion is a wonderful part of their future – a surprise little boy.  Dana, how fitting that your living room wall is painted BLUE.
